Note: This is the special concessional fee for under-graduate students. To be able to register as a Physio Students & Residents (student delegates) must present a proof of full time enrolment at a recognized university or college for both, the time of registration and during the congress.
Virtual Participation:
his option is most suitable for those who are unable to attend the conference due to their schedule conflicts, visa issues and others. Interestingly, most of the participants were utilizing this novel time saving option. We are offering an exciting new way to participate in the 2025 conference, even if you can't be there in person.

Payments
All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent.
Access Requirements
Registrants should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.
Registration Information
Registration information will be sent to registered registrants by email at least seven days prior to the event. Any Participant not receiving the registration information should contact us by email to physio@physioconferences.com
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Typically, the hotel for accommodation will require a certain amount of advance notice for cancellations without penalty i.e. 45 days before the scheduled arrival date (service charges $99 USD is applicable). Our ability to refund hotel fees is constrained by the contractual obligations and policies in place with the hotel. Hence, NO REFUNDS will be offer towards accommodation cancellation after the deadline period.
Alterations to Programme - Cancellation/Postponement of Event
- APRS 2026 reserves the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings
- In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by APRS 2026, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the registrants.
- In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the registrants.
- If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the registrants and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
- 60 days or more before the event starts: Eligible for full refund with less a $100.00 administration fee.
- 60-45 days before the event starts: Eligible for 50% of refund.
- Within 45 days of conference: Not entitled for any refund.
Note: No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as war, weather conditions, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc., or other conditions or circumstances beyond the conference committee's control.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 60 days of the conference start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
